Hello Crafters, I am sharing a decoupage tray which i have created using Little Birdie chalk paint & texture paste, decor varnish, & Nakshathra Designz  Decoupage Paper .  As soon as i laid my eyes on this beautiful paper i knew that i wanted to use it in decorating my tray. So lets go through step by step on how to do a decoupage on a tray & make it heat and water resistant.
